• Project managed Zion Hill’s affordable housing expansion strategy to build 2020 units of permanently affordable housing

• Designed a set of potential housing strategy options, including LIHTC units, tiny home developments, and manufactured housing 

• Identified land parcels for purchase or donation via land banks

• Partnered and coordinated with developers to create site plans based on project specs, design priorities and timeline preferences 

• Created detailed proformas for each potential build strategy to assess feasibility and inform financing campaign target goals

• Assessed the zoning and regulatory landscape to illuminae the most feasible housing development concepts based on the intended goal of providing income-independent affordable housing in Southwest Atlanta
